Simplyzigzag.com offers vendors a service that combines online tools of preparing your property for multi-listings with that of a conventional estate agent.

Getting Started is FREE

Become a member and list your property with us by opening up an account and filling out our seller's form. This gives you the chance to put together detailed information on your home (size, number of bedrooms, description etc). This service is FREE.

Once ‘live’, we will list your property on major property portals dependent on the membership package you have chosen. You will receive all enquiries. We are able to provide you with a greater audience, in diverse markets, more cost-effectively.

Depending on your membership package you receive real-time data to monitor how effective your campaign is (how many clicks, detailed views, responses and leads your properties have generated) and are able to quickly adapt your strategy required.

We offer various upgrades. For example, bespoke property developments could be sold into various audiences whereby Simplyzigzag tailor-make your print media campaigns with for example the Wall Street Journal, The Times, or create you TV spots through Fox Group, or 3-day events in luxury 5 star hotels.
